These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and requests for information or services from Franko’s Pool Services Corp.<\/p>

1. Nature of the content<\/h2>

The content of this site is informational. Its purpose is to describe the services we offer and make it easier to contact the company.<\/p>

2. Requests and quotes<\/h2>

Requesting information or a quote does not create a contract. Prices and the scope of work are defined through a quote or a work order accepted by both parties.<\/p>

3. Additional work<\/h2>

Any repair or additional work not included in the original quote will be communicated to the client beforehand for approval.<\/p>

4. Client responsibilities<\/h2>

The client must provide access to the pool, the equipment area and any service points needed at the agreed time. Lack of access may result in the visit being rescheduled.<\/p>

5. Rescheduling<\/h2>

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, power or water outages, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the company’s control. We will notify the client as soon as possible.<\/p>

6. Warranties<\/h2>

Warranties on pumps, motors, filters, lights and other equipment are subject to the terms of the corresponding manufacturer.<\/p>

7. Hours<\/h2>

Appointment requests are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-site service is carried out from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.<\/p>

8. Governing law<\/h2>

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.<\/p>
