How often should a pool be cleaned?
Most pools need weekly maintenance to keep the water clean, balanced and safe. The frequency can vary depending on use, weather and nearby vegetation.
What does the weekly service include?
Water chemistry testing, application of the products needed, brushing, surface skimming, emptying the baskets and a visual check of the equipment.
Are chemicals included?
It depends on the plan. Before the service begins we explain which products are included and which may carry an additional cost.
Can you clean a green pool?
Yes. We first assess the condition of the water and the equipment so we can recommend the right treatment. The time and cost depend on the state of the pool.
Do you repair pumps, filters or heaters?
We provide an initial inspection and explain which repairs we carry out directly. Specialized work may require a separate quote.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Usually not, as long as the technician has authorized access to the pool and the equipment.
How will I know the service was done?
After each visit we can send a confirmation, a photo or a short report of the work carried out.
Do you serve Airbnb and rental properties?
Yes. We arrange regular visits to keep the pool ready for owners and guests.
Do you work with salt and chlorine pools?
Yes, both systems. In salt pools we check salt, pH, stabilizer and the chlorine produced; in traditional chlorine pools we adjust chlorine and pH according to the condition of the water.
