At Franko’s Pool Services Corp we use the information you give us only to handle your request and provide the service. This page explains what we collect, what for, and what you can ask of us.
1. Who is responsible
Franko’s Pool Services Corp, located at 6101 Cleveland St, Hollywood, FL 33024, is responsible for the handling of the information collected through this site.
2. What information we collect
Through the estimate request form we collect the details you type in: name, phone, email, address or ZIP code, property type and size, service of interest, current condition of the pool, desired frequency, type of system, your message, your contact preference and, optionally, a photo of the pool that you choose to attach.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we handle the information contained in that communication.
Our server records standard technical browsing data, such as the IP address, the browser and the pages visited, for security and operational purposes.
3. What we use the information for
To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule the visit, provide the service you hire, issue the corresponding invoice and keep the service history of your pool. We do not use your information to send you advertising unless you expressly ask us to.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only with the providers needed to operate, such as the site hosting service and the email provider, and only as far as necessary to provide that service. We may also disclose it when required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep requests and service history for as long as the client relationship lasts and for the period needed to meet legal, accounting and warranty obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it, except for anything we are legally required to keep. Write to us at info@frankopoolservicescorp.com and we will get back to you.
7. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you entrust to us. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Minors
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we find that we have received a minor’s information, we will delete it.
9. Third-party services
Some pages embed third-party content, such as the location map. Those services apply their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the applicable regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
