These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and requests for information or services from Franko’s Pool Services Corp.
1. Nature of the content
The content of this site is informational. Its purpose is to describe the services we offer and make it easier to contact the company.
2. Requests and quotes
Requesting information or a quote does not create a contract. Prices and the scope of work are defined through a quote or a work order accepted by both parties.
3. Additional work
Any repair or additional work not included in the original quote will be communicated to the client beforehand for approval.
4. Client responsibilities
The client must provide access to the pool, the equipment area and any service points needed at the agreed time. Lack of access may result in the visit being rescheduled.
5. Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, power or water outages, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the company’s control. We will notify the client as soon as possible.
6. Warranties
Warranties on pumps, motors, filters, lights and other equipment are subject to the terms of the corresponding manufacturer.
7. Hours
Appointment requests are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On-site service is carried out from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
